Description
The Higher School of Economics (HSE University) is one of the largest and at the same time youngest universities in Russia. Across four campuses in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, and Perm, over 40,000 students study, and more than 3,500 of those are foreigners.
